Westborn Chrysler Jeep diagnosed a hard-start problem as a faulty fuel pump. They replaced the part but said it took 6.5 hours to do it. After the fact, I called three other area dealerships and all three said I was billed for double the hours required to make repair. After a couple days, the hard-start problem returned and its as bad as ever.

I tried countless times with phones calls, showing up at the dealership, and a letter to the owner, explaining the fuel pump repair never should have come to 6.5 hours, but rather 3.0-3.5 max hours. They have chosen to ignore the situation.

I can accept the fact that the vehicle problem has been mis-diagnosed, but I can't accept the fact that I was also over charged. This is just dirty business at the most obvious level.
