Westboro Toyota and Toyota Financial Services What a bunch of hooligans, scam artists, ripoff bandits, and illegal operators who violate every law and are arrogant!!!! Westboro, Massachusetts
Westboro Toyota allegedly 'sold' me a vehicle, 2012 Toyota Camry. I was talked into leasing and wanted to buy it!!! The business manger was Fired and they will not renegotiate the alleged 'Deal.' I have tried to work with Toyota Financial Services from Torrance, California since they financed the alleged "Lease', however, they will help in renegotiating anything and demand monthly payments which I refuse to do at all!!!
I send them 1 Dollar as a goodwill payment and there will not be ant more payments until this enire issue is resolved imn the court of law. I have filed two (2) complaints against: Westboro Toyota of Westboro, Mass and Toyota Financial Services from Torrance, California. These are lawsuits against both mafia type operators who haqve been threatening me with repossession of my vehicle and refuse to service my car, even though I have paid for a service agreement!!!
Jams Arbitrators are a bunch of 'legal' hoodlums and I would rather deal with a stick up guy on the street!!! Stay away from siging anything with them since it will be almost impossible to reverse your signature and the alleged 'agreement.' All, these parties above operate like gangsters and ruthless operators and they just want your money and nothing more!!! They are BANDITS AND ARE WORSE THAN MAFIA!!!

tell them that you want copies of every piece of paperwork that the dealership submitted to them for your lease.
There is a chance that some, most, or even all of the paperwork (contracts) is different from what you were given by the dealership. If this is the case, then you can get out of your lease and sue the dealership for damages.
You can also contact all of your Local T.V. News stations and send them a copy of your Ripoff Report, along with copies of the lease agreement that the dealership gave you. Put it to the attention of 'Investigative Reporter'.
Make sure to get EVERYTHING from Toyota Motor Credit Corporation, including a copy of the credit application.
Feel free to 'Google' this- CAR SALES TRICKS OF THE TRADE CONSUMER ALERT, and watch that video on the web.
Good luck to you, and keep us updated.
P.S. Toyota Corporation will protect its corrupt network of Toyota dealerships in the USA. They've been doing it for many years.

What Does The Contract Say?

The picture you paint is without your knowledge someone forged a contract with your name on it. However, reality probably is you failed to read what you were signing or you failed to stand up for yourself and DEMAND a sales contract instead of a FLEASE contract. In either case, what will prevail is what the contract with YOUR SIGNATURE says. If you wanted to buy the car then without regard to what you were told, you should not have signed a FLEASE contract. You have no case.
