Complaint Review: Westbury Farms

At the time of leaving our deposit, we were assured that a particular apartment would be available. One week before signing we were informed that there was a problem with the occupants of this unit. OK, we accepted a different unit. However, one week after we moved in the other unit was vacated. We moved in 2 weeks early, although we could have stayed where we were living for this period. That was my first hint of what was to come. People having a party, the police broke it up, and as people were leaving someone caused $950.00 damage to my vehicle. The office couldn't care less. Frequently police do come by searching for specific tenants; there is no concern from the management. Now we have a service dog, and one training, some people who own the little rat like dogs, complained that we are terrorizing the neighborhood, and have viciously attacked others. You have no idea how many people stop us as we go for a walk in absolute awe of the condition and attitude of these service companions. I mention this because the management has chosen to evict us with no prior warning. Someone else mentioned that there is a reaction if you find something needing service, you will suffer for it. As dogs are permitted, the majority of tenants refuse to clean up after themselves. Apparently management prefers this because it saves them labor, and material expenses. Watch were you walk.
