I fell on some hard times last year and needed a few payday loans. I paid them off but actually lost track of how many I had taken out. Couldn't remember if it was 3 or 4. A year went by so I thought "Ok,..maybe Ive paid them all off".

Then a couple of days ago, I get a voicemail from a guy calling himself Ron Reynolds. He left a very unprofessional voicemail using accusitory statements. Said I was "trying to defraud and steal monies from our company".

When I DID finally get a hold of him back, he called me a "knucklehead", a "theif", and told me I was trying to be "slick" when I suggested he send me a copy of my original agreement. I also spoke with a guy calling himself Ryan Hall. He told me I "Had no credibility" and called me a liar when I told him about the rude voicemail Ron Reynolds had left me. He said "play it for me". I said I couldnt because it is a 'voicemail',...not a message on an answering machine. He then said "Oh,...what a shock,...you cant play it for me, could that be because you're lying?" I said "No Mr. Einstein, its because Im talking to you on the very cell phone he left the voicemail on"

I ended up promising to pay. I gave him my routing number and Account info. after we came up with a payment schedule. I then asked him to email or mail to me, a statement that outlined exactly what we had talked about to ensure nothing more would be deducted from my checking account. He got offended and told me that I was the deliquent in this relationship and how dare I ask such a thing.

I persisted and he finally agreed to send me an email. Ron Reynolds ALSO agreed to send me an email outlining the very same details. I havent recieved any emails or phonecalls since. I have, however, gone to the bank and closed my account cutting them off at the source. Still, no calls to me yet. You would think that a reputable and, well, REAL company would be angry that they find an account closed they had a contract of payment with, but, again, that would only be the legitimate, and REAL companies.

I think they finally see that Im on to them and they now have left me alone. I also asked them to explain to me why the 7 jillion names their company uses are splashed all over RipOffReport.com and Ron Reynolds answer to me on that issue was this: "The rip off report is nothing more than a bunch of loser, deadbeats who live check to check and have nothing more to do with their time." Again, yet another thing a REAL business man in the REAL business world would never say to another person dealing with their company.

All these statements lead me to believe whole heartedly that this is nothing more than a bunch of lowlife crooks with no drive to get a real job sitting in some rented out, pile of crap, abandoned warehouse with a garbage picked desks and a couple of rotary phones.
