I bought a 4 wheeler in july picked it up on friday, it didnt crank when i got it home. sat i finally got it to crank after 2 hours trying, it run 10 minuites was very hard to climb driveway in lowest gear, my childs 12volt quad -WILL- climb same hill, the quad is a 130 cc motor so should hop up it. well sunday it cranked run long enough to give me and my child a 20 min. walk back home to get my 3 weeler to pull it home. on monday -72 - hours after buying with a supposed 30 day satisfaction guanerantee, I carried it back dropped it off clearly stated it was junk i did not want it. they said they would take care of it. i called their finance company told them i returned quad cancell the account. I herd nothing from either place till today, i was called by their finance company informed i never made my payment due 1st of this month and i had a late payment reported to credit beauro, and i would be sued if i did not pay as i was obligated under a contract, i went to western auto assuming them not reimbursing the credit company was meerly a oversight, when i confronted owner i was basically laughed at and told they dont give refunds as well i sighned a contract and they was no longer responcible take it up with the finance company. mind you they have had posession of the quad since i dropped it off 2 months ago, never told me it was repaired to pikup and never offered a replacement, AND QUOTE: IF I SELL MY HOUSE AND 3 DAYS LATER YOU WANT A REFUND TOUGH YOU BOUGHT IT.

I actually had 2 attorneys return my call, both agreed i was being shafted and it wasnt right, but their cost would be more than paying off the loan and selling the quad for scrap.
I am low income raising a 7 yr old and dont have money to throw away as this was actually to be my childs present, thats 1 not here 2 useless if it was, now my good credits getting destroyed simply because I thought i was getting a decent deal on a NEW QUAD.
