Western By Design Did not ship product Coville, Washington
I ordered a coat on October 13, 2012. Have yet to recieve it. Have tried repeatedly to contact Western by Design. They do not return calls, E-mails or the Fax that I have sent. he two times that I did get an individual,I was told that the product was shipped, the last being about three weeks ago and still no product. Tried all week (Dec 2-8, 2012) to call, got answering machine every time and still no on has returned my calls. Cannot even get ahold of anyone to try to get my refund. Very aggrivating.
