Ok so here is the rundown on what these people are trying to do to me.  So about 5 months back I went to a Western Dental office in Los Angeles due to the fact that I needed a tooth pulled and was in excessive pain.  I went down to a local office and had the tooth removed as well as got talked into having a "Deep Cleaning" done to my mouth as well.  (I hadn't been to the dentist in years and felt that I could probably use it)  So the dentist proceeded in cleaning one side of my mouth and I was to come back in a week or so and have the other side done to complete the cleaning.  After getting home and speaking to a friend of mine who happened to be a dentist I was told that me going there and having work done was the worst thing that I could have done.....which I soon found out.  I explained to him about the charges for the various procedures that they did, and come to find out.  Not only did they charge me a ridiculous amount of money that day, my remaining balance was 3 times higher than the normal rates for the work.  So obviously I was furious and immediately called them and cancelled the rest of my appointments and told them that I was going to have the work done elsewhere and to just give me my balance total and I would take care of that.  (Here is where it gets interesting!)



So after they played with some numbers, mind you I have the contract that they gave me in hand with totals on it, she gives me a total and it was a little higher than what was on my contract.  And with me just being over the whole situation I said cool and began to make my monthly payments on that amount.  So as the months go on and I COMPLETED my payments, I received a BILLING STATEMENT FROM THEIR OFFICE IN ORANGE which said my remaining balance was 0 after my last payment, so naturally I assumed I was done with them and everything was paid off.  (I mean that is usually how it works with every other company in the world)  And then 2 months later almost to the day I get a phone call saying that my account is past due and I still owe them more money. And then a few days later they try to send me another billing statement with different amounts on it from the last statement that I received showing my ZERO BALANCE.   NOW I'M PISSED, I get calls daily from them now and I really can care less, I'm not giving them another dime and then every time that I have called to get to the bottom of it, I spoke to different people in various offices I got 5 different amounts for what I owe, these people are SCAMMERS and I strongly do not recommend anyone going to them for ANY REASON and becoming a victim of crap service and over charging of their customers, this company should really be put out of business and the owners thrown in jail.
