On February the 17th 2019 I received a letter from K. Carter of Western Express, Nashville TN. In the letter it states that I owe the company 2458 dollars because I did not full fill obligation to employment First off, I did attend the orientation, it was a very horrible experience to say the least. However I did attend.

After attending I was approached by the medical staff and was MEDICALLY disqualified from employment due to medical issue resulting from a birth defect. I was sent home three ( 3 ) days after orientation the last day at terminal. This was in 2017. I will not pay this debt, I do not owe it, I know longer do this job and will never return.

The letter States my DAC will have a negative report entered and that Western Express will attempt to obtain this obligation. This letter does not have any merit to it, I was MEDICALLY DISQUALIFIED by a WESTERN EXPRESS medical staff member which causes this to become no longer valid.

Any and all information filed under my name on any public record by Western Express that is of negative nature will be a form of defamation of character and I will sue this company. This letter is from someone named KCarter@westernexp.com Good luck.
