Complaint Review: Western Flyer Express

Drivers Beware of Western Flyer Express, AKA Western Liar Express. The recuriters they use is a company named Right Turn and are related to the owners. They put on a good front, especially for their Lease-Purchase program. They tell you the trucks have 700,000 miles but in reallity they have 850,000 plus miles, most in the 900,000 bracket. Worn out Stevens equiptment. The bumper to bumper warranty is a joke. Just another way to get money out of you. They tell you when you sign the lease you Don't have to take the warranty. Then when you find out how bad it is and try to get out of it they tell you you can't. If you run 3000 miles at .14 PM that is 420.00 dollars a week for warranty.But they won't let you get the truck fixed on the road. It has to come back to OKC,OK.Then if ROB doesn't think it needs to be fixed it won't be fixed.He disputes everything you write up and will even tell you if they have fixed a few things on the truck that they have put too much money in it already. They have two mechanics the rest are helpers and the same repair will usually have to be done two or three times.                 They tell you that the trucks get 6.0 to 6.5 MPG, by the computer yes but if your smart enough to figure fuel mileage the real mileage is 5.0 to 5.3 MPG.Told paper logs,WRONG E-logs.

The office people are the Rudest people I've ever worked with. They talk down to you like you dirt. There not friendly and only respond to you when you ask a question.When you do ask a question you get a Cocky,snobish response. At this company they are always right and you are always wrong.There Drivers room is (4) four chairs and (3) three vending machines. The parking lot for trucks and your car is a DUST bowl, if it doesn't rain and a Lake, Mud pit if it does. You can't walk to your vehicle without being covered in mud. This company has No respect for their drivers. Don't believe the signs on their trailers.Quote; we treat you like family,Bull. If your family treated you like WFX you would dis-own them. Walk away lease only after 90 days or it will cost you 800.dollars.Your final settlment check will be zero. They find a way Not to give you the money they owe you. You've been WARNED. Don't believe the few company losers that say this is a good company, its NOT. They hire drivers on Monday and loose them on FRIDAY. Company trucks are governed at 62 MPH.
