Complaint Review: Western Flyer Express OKC

Western Flyer Express is the most corupt Trucking Company i know, i had leased a truck from them in March 2013 in April 2013 i was involved in a n Accident in which i was paying insurance for my truck. Western Flyer did not wait for insurance money to come in they decided to take all the money out of my checks untill they got thier money which meant i did not get a check for 5 weeks. In the contract in Sec 6 states Chargebacks will not be taken out of contractors settlment without written notification to Contractor before said money was taken. I hvae never recievied any notifications of the chargebacks and when i asked managment i was never given any balances or what the money taken was for. I have since had to file a lawsuit against them to try to get my money which is over 5,000 dollars. Please be aware of this company they are not fair and will use you to make money for them but you will not get your fair pay.
