Western Funding Inc Asia ,supervisor, Lucia ,supervisor, Truck was wrongfully repoed Los Angeles CA California
My truck was repoed. I have been sick and i have constantly stayed in contact with western funding. I have been cursed out by representatives one by the name Troy. Then i spoke to asia a.supervisor numerous times pertaining to my truck she laughed in my face and hungup on me. Very disrespectful. I also talked.to lucia a head surpervisor she was disrespectful also. I tried to make a complaint regarding this issues and they wouldnt give me no information about how to file a complaint. It sad.they repoed mt truck with me having 6 payments left and then said it wud be auctioned off in 2 weeks. I omly recieve social security of $780 my truck note was $378 but i managed. It has cost me pain and suffering dealing with this company and i see a lot of people has experienced the same treatment. Can someone help me please.

If YOU are late on payments, then YOU caused a repo. Being sick, out of work or whatever excuse you want to pull out of thin air does not work. YOU agreed to make ALL payments on time...YOU failed to make payments on time...YOU turned on the collectio efforts all the way up to a repo. Blame yourself!
