If I could give this office a 0 score, I would. It doesn't matter how good the service is, if the doctor's office submits incorrect billing codes to our health insurance company resulting in a bill of $165 to us, that should have been $0 out of pocket for us, admit to the mistake, and still refuse to fix it or own up to it after admitting it, then that's a company that should be out of business. That's exactly what happened to my wife when she visited in September, she explained to the doctor and receptionist that she was using her one annual exam that's paid for by the insurance, but they screwed up and billed it as a regular visit.

After refusing to fix the problem, we submitted complaint with the Better Business Bureau, they ignored the complaint after various attempts of the BBB to contact them (see photo below from BBB). So we have a choice to pay an invalid bill, or continue fighting and risk a hit to our credit.

Folks, do yourself a favor, take your business elsewhere, there's lots of competition in the medical industry in Utah, go somewhere where they act like a real business and take accountability for their mistakes.
