David, contacted my company with the generous opportunity to place an ad for our business in his " publication" Hotel Employees Referral.... a publication that he claims is distributed to hotel employees providing referrals for local services.

David, explained that this ad would be exclusive, and that after coming across one of our advertisements he had hand selected  us to have the only real estate services ad in his publication.

When meeting with Mr. Brin, he was unable to provide referrals, unable to provide a list of vendors with whom his publication is distributed, and despite the title Hotel Employees Referral was not able to list one hotel his publication was distributed

David also claimed that these magazines, where distributed to all medical offices, including UMC, SunriseHospital and Valley. However, after further investigation it was found that not one of the hospitals or medical offices David noted had ever heard of him.

Davids explanation for this was that the HR managers were/are to blame because the remove his material.

Adding to this highly suspect advertising company is the fact that David only accepts checks. David came to our office, and called our office 6 times less than 24 hours after meeting with him to pick up his check.  He made several attempts to speak directly with our accounting department claiming they should have a check ready for him. Moreover, who to make it out to.

I should note, that David associated himself with Martin Sullivan Design claiming his email address is ( and I quote) martinsullivandesignatgmailDotnet.

It does not take a genius to know, that there is no gmail.net much less a DOTnet.

Davids business licenses has been revoked/expired since July 2009 yet he still operates his business, scamming people after seeking their ads out in established publications. Offering  exclusive advertisements  months at a time to all casino employees, or to all medical offices, medical employees, construction employees etc.
