Western Sky Loans /Cash CAll Electronic Signature Internet
Got a call from a company last week, they said we were being named in a lawsuit for defrauding a financial institution. After talking to them, several times, found out a relative had gotten a loan from Western Sky, and used our name to electronically sign for it!!! We were told by this company, (WRS associatites..later found out they are Washington Recovery Services)..that our name would be filed with the court (as well as the person defaulting on the loan)...because we were the guarantor! We gave no permission, or had any knowledge of our signature being forged!! We lilve in a different state, and the people who forged our signature moved out of that state and are in another. Ive been in contact with this company that called, for Western sky, and i called that company and left message, for someone to get back to me. I feel that if our name was forged, the person responsibilty should be charged! Any suggestions on who to contact regarding this?
