Western States Flooring Worst flooring company in Arizona Chandler Arizona
Buyers beware! Western States Floring was a sub-contracted through Home Depot to install 400sf of tile in my condo for $4,000. Western States left my expensive tile outside which was stolen. I did recover the tile after 'someone' returned it to my local HD store. I paid to have the appliances removed from the unit. Western states left them inside during the tearout of the old tile and they were covered in massive amounts of tile dust. My new dishwasher went out 2 months later. They claimed to have fired the employee responsible to my damage and the missing tile. Two weeks later, same employee was installing tile at my neighbors house and was still working for Western States. Liars!
The installer left peices of the old tile under the new and the floor has bumps and cracks all over the place. The installer also mixed the grout WRONG and the grout was 4 shades of ugly. Western States paid some idiot to cover the grout with stain that washed off 2 months later. The job was sooooo awful that Home Depot returned $200 and made me sign a release so I'm pretty much screwed. This week I'm having the tile yanked out and replaced by a reputable company. My $4,000 floor is now costing me $7,500. STAY AWAY from Western States Flooring in Chandler Arizona!

Do not worry about collecting your judgment. The RoC will pay the judgment from the contractor's bond.
