This company towed my vehicle out of my friends parking spot not even 10 full minutes after literally pulling up and carrying the groceries up the stairs. They didn't phone in my tow for over 30 mins or so to the police department. I thought my vehicle was stolen Because I couldn't locate it. They refused to answer any questions about my car. No matter what I asked or said the man I spoke with was like a robot, just kept repeating if u want your car tonight 345 bucks.
