In Dec. 2008 I purchased a radio controlled toy from Kidzone toy store located at Westfield Santa Anita. as a Christmas gift. In Jan. 2009 I needed to return the toy because it never worked. The receipt showed "no refunds", "no exchanges", and "all sales final". Nevertheless, I went back to Westfield Santa Anita and Kidzone was no longer there. I contacted Mary Romanofski, the Specialty Leasing Manager, by email and asked for a refund, voucher, or other compensation. No refund, voucher, or other compensation was offered.

I believe Kidzone leased a retail space during the Chrismas season to merely scam shoppers with defective products. I feel Westfield Santa Anita should be held accountable for the tenants they present to the public.
