Westgate Cement Incomplete Job Florissant Missouri
We contracted Mr. Westgate to install an Disability Ramp w/rails to the front of our facility. He completed the cement work and brought pieces of rails to the site, however, has failed to complete the rails, saying that the base units were on back order from Lowes. We agreed that the job needed to be completed by 21 December 2008 due to meetings taking place that would require entrance by disabled personnel.
I have tried to contact Mr. Westgate each and every day for the last two weeks with no luck and him not returning my call.
What I am seeing is that cement work might be the only thing these guys can do. Their cement work looks very nice, however, we still do not have the rails installed and the contract is incomplete.
