We were on our honeymoon are got suckered in! All the "sounds" too goo too be true PRESSURE got to us. As soon as we signed we noticed that all those smiles and hospitality went right out the window. After we got back home, I began to do some researching and found that Westgate had skeletons in their closets and were not what they claimed to be. My husband and I were not happy with the way we had been defrauded and instantly began steps to resend out contract, BOY did the fangs come out then. The graciousness to "call at anytime with questions" returned with rude and harsh rebuttals. We followed the correct procedures to resend the contract, but was told by a lawyer that Westgate would not let it go with that (the lawyer had dealt with them before). He said they would "lose" the letters. So we are having to continue with legal actions. Needless to say our honeymoon has turned into a nightmare and Westgate is the devil. A Note...if you sign and want out, you have 10 days from signing to resend in writing and stick to your guns!!!!!
