I tried to cancel trip several months ago. Matter of fact last year. They charged $150.00 when I first set it up. I tried to cancel, said it was to late & I wouldn't get a refund. Told me I had a year to go. I said my husband was going to have surgery and we couldn't go. I've been called over and over again. I was told I would be chgd $50.00 dollars at that time.

On August 8, 2008 they called me and I told them again I would have to cancel this time my mother was going in the hospital on the 11th, there was no way I could take a trip. I spoke with I believe a girl name Crystal, not sure. She said she would make a note of my call and show I canceled.I said I wanted to be taken off the list.

Then I called the 888-685-0042 number back to see if it was really canceled. This time it was a guy, he said there was no record of my call. He would take care of the matter and make note I called, again. Then he said he was connecting me to the head of the cancelization dept. I left a msg on his answer machine gave my name, my PID #1958424,for Las Vegas for 8-21-2008, & reason for canceling.

Well then I get a call on 8-20-2008. Calling about the trip this time, it was Lisa, I explained, I talked to a girl and guy on the 8th. She said she was going to charge me $25.00 fee.I told her,"no way, I did everything I could to get it canceled, if they chg my account I would get them for fraud. She said the same as the others. I got a letter today the 10th stating the same they would chg me $25.00 and a night chg fo the hotel fee. Can you help to stop the fraud?

14 day Cancellation Policy

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Wed, September 17, 2008

When you first booked the trip, you were told about a 14 day cancellation policy, from at least 2 people, the first was the original Call Center Rep, then again by the confirmation person. Then you were again told in an email sent to you within 3 hours of your credit card being charged that you have 14 days to look over your trip and to cancel for a full refund. No since crying over spilled milk, you did not follow the instructions and you do have to pay the penalty.Remember if it sounds to good, it usually is.The call center has a tape recording of your transaction, and I can assure everyone, you were told about the 14 day cancellation process.
