Westgate Resorts Special assessment fee without justification ripoff Ocoee Florida
Westgate resorts purchased this timeshare property and sent a letter demanding $200 from every owner calling it a "special assessment". There is no legal basis for this assessment and the company does not even explain what it for. We already pay high yearly maintanance fees.
