WESTGATE TOWNCENTER AND ALL PROPERTIES ARE FRAUDELENT Kissimmee Florida
I purchase a 1 bedroom timeshare in 11/2006 at a presentation in Houston. Once I purchase and went on vacation the room and building was different. I immediately went off when I saw the place it look like a herd of cattle in the place. It appear that anyone who went on vacation was herded in this building. It was small no kitchen TV was a small 19in in the ceiling like in a motel.
After complaining they place me in a 1 bedroom grande the one I saw in the presentation. They stated since I signed the contract I should have known what size I paying for. Since then my maintenance fee which is stated on contract to every other year was 486.00 estimated per contract now I'm paying for 2009 626.00. WestGate has defrauded alot of people it's time to take them down PLEASE USE ME FOR CLASS A LAWSUIT THAT ARE IN THE PROCESS.

Since my last comment things has change dramatically. Sine the economy has hit most of us Westgate has a this department called hardship. If you are on unemployment insurance are not able to pay Westgate fees let them know. Of course you will have to submit all documents to confirm hardship. My bills exceeded what I was bringing in and Westgate will not let you know they have a hardship department. I have currently default and cancel my contract with Westgate. They can not file on your credit report because it was inhouse financing and no social security was used to finance initial contract. So for all who have hardship problems you can get out of your contract.

This company should be sued for the laws and false information given every day. this company play on your emotions. there are some many complaints on this company that i am suprise they are still in buisness.
