On vacation in Greece. Tried to check in with Bank of America Visa. Did not work. Called bank and they said no hold on card.... They will not authorize any charges at this property because of " past issues". Tried my wife's card.. Same thing... She called bank security. Got same answer. Called my bank manager in NYC since we never heard of this. He called me back and said he never heard of this but my card will work elsewhere! So I used my card to check into another more expensive hotel
let me back track: I used another card to check in for one night while calling Bank of America. When we went to the room got off elevator and smelled pesticide. Got to room and a RAT came right up to the glass door! We ran out of there and on way to lobby secured a room at a luxury hotel and paid all 5 nights in advance with my Bank of America credit card
told front desk we were leaving....on duty manager came and yelled at me!!!! And he charged my other credit card 650 dollars and we walked in and out of that room! What a disgusting place, with a dubious reputation as per Bank of America and a rat running on the property ( rodent and on duty manager)
