westinghouse digital worst service ever encountered orange California

 I can not get anyone to help with my so called warranty. after many calls and lies, finally they sent a fed ex label 30 days later, but it was drop off only. I called back to have them change it to a pick up ( nearest fed ex 20 miles away) and they refused. now thye say I can wait another 3-5 business days and return it to costco, also 20 miles away. that would make my total resolve time 37 days. how is that for customer service??? tried to get a manager at the main office in Orange and have been lied to all day. will call you in 15 minutes... that was over an hour ago. called back, sat on hold another 15 minutes for them to say hang up he will call you right now on a recordable line. guess what, still waiting!!!!!!!!!! if you provide crappy product you have the chance to make it up with your customer service. their service is actually worse than their product, and thats pretty bad. I will see if costco will stand up and replace the crap they sold me. I tried to follow thae propper channels but they have made it impossible. this company would rather lose a customer than send me a fed ex pick up label. lets see if costco cares that they support a company that cares so little for their customers and wont fix their crappy tv that didnt last two years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
