The Fair Credit Reporting Act(FCRA) is the set of regulations that companies that posts information on your credit report must follow.  It does not matter if they are the original creditor or a 3rd party collection agency.

The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act(FDCPA) is the set of regulations that apply to 3rd Party Collection Agencies as to the actions they can and can not take in attempting to collect a debt.  If the company is the Original Creditor they are not bound by the FDCPA but are still bound by the FCRA, however some states have laws similar to the FDCPA that extends to Original Creditors.

Unfortunately since the OP was less than forthcoming with any details it is impossible to know what laws they think were being violated and why.

Fair credit reporting act

If these people are your original creditor then the fair credit act does not apply to them. The rule that they can only call you once per day applies to collection agencies, not to original creditors. Since you are their direct customer, they can legally call you. Why not just pay your bills?
