I purchased a vehicle from westlake Everithing was ok until i payed of the vehicle. they delayed my pinkslip or title of the car three months. When i called the office they were rude and said they had already sent it. When i asked to speak to a manager the lady said "dont worry about it". Since i tried to complain i think Westlake is going to prolong the procedure.
