the customer service stinks, very bad language was used when they called my home and threatened my grandmother......I would never recommend this company. One rep asked me if I was african american.....

      they wouldn't be calling anyone if you would make your payments and make them on time.  the question about ethnicity was un called for and i seriously doubt it happened.  the only way to prevent this in the future is by paying your friggin payment on time.  you wouldn't be financed at westlake if you had decent credit and they gave you a chance that noone else would
