On November 19, 2021 i purchased a 2011 Hyundai sonata from Watkins auto sales which financed through Westlake financial services. total price for the vehicle was 10k, i paid a total down payment of $2,800 for the vehicle and insurance which was required I make a payment of $347 monthly. I never had a problem with the financial company or the car until the engine has gone out 2 months ago, i contacted Westlake about the vehicle and they told me it was nothing they could do and he also told me he could see that the vehicle was leased with no warranty. also I had the vehicle 18 months and it shows on my account i still owe an amount of 10k. I've ask why does my account says i still owe 10k i was told they doesn't know why it says that and put me on hold almost a hour, i was also told the reason why the loan amount still says 10k is because i made all payment after the due date which was the first of each month, and was paid towards Entrance. I've paid my car note each month a couple days after but none of this is making sense to me. i was treated unfairly because they said they could not help me with anything.! after telling them i was going to report them i was put on hold 20 and told they could only bring my account to current because its almost 2 months late..! after explaining that it wouldn't help because i can not drive the car because it doesn't run, days after the engine went out i begged them to help me out a little, it got to the point where i offered them to come pick it up and yet it still sits outside..! I've took a total lose dealing with this company. I've asked could i get my BLANK PAYMENTS back for those months plus down payments and was told NO..! im being treated so unfairly and i will like someone to take actions.!

Thanks for the LAUGHS! You think YOU were treated unfairly. Isn't that a shame. I guess they weren't treated unfairly when YOU agreed to make all payments on time, right? YOU got into a CAR FLEASE with a car without a warranty! Funny! Now, you want to just give the car back. I bet you think that's going to be the end of it, right? Funny, funny! Thanks for the laughs!
