Westlandmarketing - Eastlandmarketing - Darryl Agler EBay store operator rips off buyer and refuses to give credit for damage goods Ft Wayne Indiana
Darryl Darryl Agler aka Westlandmarketing aka Eastlandmarketing listed a tool on Ebay. He claimed the item was in excellent condition. When I opened the shipping box I found a damage area that wouldn't allow the tool to work properly. After contacting Darryl and explained the item was damaged he told, Sorry, I never noticed the damage. Yes, you can return it." I put it back in the box it was originally shipped in and sent it back. Darryl never credited my PayPal account when I contacted him to see what was up he sent me this, "I have been moving my warehouse all week. I'll send the form to cancel the sale, then refund your payment." Stupid me canceled the sale with Ebay now I had no recourse with Ebay.
In a few weeks I realized I still hadn't received a credit I contacted Darryl again. When he replied, he claimed he had issued the credit. I looked into it and found that my account hadn't been credited. When I contact him again, he wrote back claiming that the item I sent back to him wasn't the original item he sent me. By the time I realized he had no intentions of issuing a credit for my $200 he had dragged it out for more than 45 days and now I was unable to dispute the transaction with PayPal.
Darryl under his two companies does a lot of business on Ebay. He doesn't have a perfect rating. I should have taken this as warning.

Darryl Agler (aka Westlandmarketing - Eastlandmarketing) eventually decided it was in his best interest to resolve this issue.
If I would agree to remove the negative comments on Ebay and on Rip Off Report Darryl said he would issue a credit. I agreed to do so. (Afterwards I found out that you can not remove either reports, just addend them.)
A full credit was issued. I addended.
