Westminster Mint - International Fullfillment House Refused to pay for returned coins ripoff Saint Louis Park Minnesota
In June, 2005, I ordered a complete set of U.S. States quarters, "gold layered," with an album, for $99. Upon receipt I decided that they looked "cheap" and would be returned. I called their 800 phone number and, following the directions of salesman Scott Riggs, I got a "return number" and mailed the coin set to International Fulfillment House, 4100 North Riverside Drive, Melbourne, FL 32937. Soon I received a postal card (signed by "Girard") confirming that the coins were delivered to Indian Harbor Beach, FL on June 19. Since then I have called many times asking them to reverse the charge on my credit card. When I talked to Scott he would give no information as to when this might happen. After investigating, going through the internet using Google, etc., I found the home address of the company in Minnesota and called them using their local number. Same story, no information. It's been 10 months. I've been ripped off!
