Complaint Review: Westoaks Chrysler-Dodge Inc.

This is a true gouging dealer. They refused to talk to me only my mom. I am 26 but took mom I have never bought a new car before. Mom finally had to tell the salesman to talk to me. I was the one with the checkbook. Phil was the salesman that I delt with and he was very arrogant, condisending to me. They refused to take an order. They would put my name on a list and when a car came up I would be called. I told them Blue Touring Edition or don't bother calling me. I know what I want. They did about a week later, I take time off work drive the hour to the dealership, I get there no car but "we want you to look at this Silver Limited and once you see it you'll just love it" They never had any intention of trying to find me the car I was looking for only the most expensive one they could sell. For $4Grand over sticker. I walked out on them. Cancelled the deposit check.

They call me about 3 weeks later and asked me "we thought that you wanted to get in on this PT Cruiser thing?" I told them not for $4G's over sticker." He said it was only "$2Grand over." They just don't get it.

The $4 grand over sticker they were asking, this on the first day the Cruiser was on the lot.

I will have a cruiser from Center Chrylser for MSRP.
