I was invovled in an accident on August 13th 2008. I was refered to Westside collision by another auto body place. I was grateful to the owner because he loaned me one of his vehicles for free. As time went on I found it very hard to get in touch with the owner or to get any information regarding my vehicle.

On October 21 2008 I finally spoke with the owner and he stated my car was ready but they left it running and it started leaking, the radiator was defective. So they had to return it and get a new one and my car should be ready by the next day.

I called the next day, no answer so I left a message. At the same time my finance company was calling and leaving messages because they wanted to know the status of my car since he had it for so long. They were also unsuccessful in getting a call back. By the end of the week I still did not receive a call back from the owner.

The next week I called again, this time the phone was disconnected , On November 1st I decided to go to Westside Collision to see what happen. When I arrived it looked as if the place was closed down the gate was locked there were only about 5 cars on the lot (including my vehicle) there was no sign of the owner or any workers and this was during normal buisness hours. I went by there again the next day, the same thing.

I went by there again on November 3rd and this time he was there with one repairman. I asked him what happen he did not give me an explanation but stated he did not forget me and that he was going to call me that night. He said that my car was ready and I can come pick it up the next day November 4th. I told him I would be at work and he stated he could deliver my car to me.

Next day he delivers my car he tells me that his guy(repairman) had a problem with the check engine light coming on but he was able to fix it, but on his way to deliver my car the light came on again. He told me that I could give my car back to him and he can take it to a dealer and have the insurance company issue him another check and he will just pay the dealer. I told him I would let him know.

When I started driving my car I noticed that not only was the check engine light on but my gas gauge is not working, it will show that my car is half full then go straight to empty. While I'm driving it goes back and forth. My odometer/speedomter is unplugged. I have no idea how fast I'm going, plus my odometer shows at this very moment 107,270 and has not moved. When the insurance adjuster did the inspection on 8/21/08 the odometer reading was 107,271.

When I drive on the freeway my car makes a very loud sound the faster I try to go . When I stop the car it makes bubbling sounds. I was told by a friend that my radiator fan is not moving. I called the owner several times and informed him about my car. He has yet to return my call.

My car has overheated and broke down. I'am now out of transportation. I still owe the bank and the owner of Westside Collision has turned his cell phone off. I don't know what to do, does anyone have any advice.
