My grandmopther purchased a vehicle from the owner SAM and was told that it was a great running vehicle. Im an eduacted lawyer and decided to have her get it checked the same day she purchased for any mechanical problems. Come to find out it had a cracked cyclinder head that they bonded together with some type of Bonding agent that would allow it to run temp. After contacting Westiside used cars to ask about this they got defensive right away telling me that my grandmother was a fraud and had me leave the place. I told them that i would be taking legal action and the owner himslef said " Its your grandmother fault for going to a hole in the wall dealership to buy cars we only deal with bad credit people who cant afford legal action" After hearing this from the OWNER SAM himself this was the last draw. WATCH out they will ripp you off in a heart beat. They will being seing more and more reports on here. I will make a point to post everyday!!!!

I am Sam the person in question on this report/comment about our dealership, Westside Used Cars Inc. I do not know who this person is, or anything about them. This incident never occured. I believe this may be a disgruntled ex employee or one of my competitors, because we are successful and have a lot of repeat business. We cannot make 100% of people happy 100% of the time, however we will address any real legitimate concerns or complaints, but this one appears to be fraudulent. If you would like to contact me at the dealership I will gladly try and address whatever concerns you may have. Also I would never talk down to any of my customers the way that was described in this report. We want all of our vehicles to run well since we do finance the vast majority of our customers. People will not make payments on cars that do not run, therefore we try to always sell dependable vehicles, and strive to get repeat business and referrals.
