Complaint Review: Westward Realty and Management Group

WARNING Windtree Condominiums and Westward Realty and Management Group, Dave Christensen. Dave Christensen flat out refuses to follow his job as a managing agent for our community. Has refused my requests for the names and positions of all board members for   Windtree Condominiums. Has refused my requests to supply me with a copy of the management contract between Windtree Condominiums and Westward Realty and Management Group, Dave Christensen. Windtree Condominiums has not had an HOA meeting or our annual meeting in over a year now. To my knowledge we still don't have a budget for our property, the books haven't been audited in years.
