I am a Disabled American-Vietnam Veteran living on benefits from U.S. Dept. of Veterans Affairs.

Seller Westwick Builders aka Westwick Construction acted in "bad faith" - would not make repairs to home, broken windows, add screens to windows (verbal) after buyer paid $14,500 down payment (10%) on home purportedly worth $145,000.

You should know that Zillow (IMO) is not an accurate assessment of the value of your home.  I have several properties and when checked on Zillow, some are OVER valued and some are UNDER valued.

I suggest you have an independent appraisal made by a reputable realtor in your area.
