Ordered 2 tie dye t-shirts from this company via the internet on November 11, 2012. With shipping it came to 44.95. When the shirts hadn't arrived by December 3rd for my nephews birthday.
I called and spoke with a woman who assured me they were ready to go out but that she was just behind. So I said ok with just give them to me niece and nephew for Christmas. When they didn't arrive, again I was assured they were ready to go, again just behind. Like an idiot I cut her a break with the holidays. Well they never came and now Paypal says it's past their 45 day mark and won't do a thing. I filed a report with the FBI internet fraud unit and have written and email the company. Still nothing. The website wouldn't come up for a while but it will know. Says they are celebrating their 24th anniversary the end of this month. Not if I can help it.
