attained 2002 nissan frontier from an nissan dealer, financed vehicle thru WFS financial (oooooohhh!!!!) big mistake made payments a little late sometimes but payed them. was working in between jobs still trying to make payments. i was harrased about my payments being a little late, they called my house leaving messages on answering machine, called my job when they was told not to call my job, told various customer reps (who need serious training)about my situation, they didn't care. i am in a financial bind, called WFS about voluntary repo. they won't come pick up the vehicle now they are asking personal info about my home, threatening garnishment. there has got to be a way to get away from this finance nightmare!!!!

Sell or trade in the car

#2Consumer Suggestion

You could sell or trade in the vehicle. You could also try to take out an equity loan on your home to payoff the care loan. Just be sure that you get an accurate payoff amount.

The amount printed on the statement is the principal balance only - Not the payoff amount. The amount printed on your Credit Bureau report is also the principal balance not your payoff.

Otherwise keep making your payments - Give good firm promises to pay! It will work out.
