Complaint Review: WFS

My son purchased a pickup from a dealership in Modesto, Calif. in 2001.It was financed through WFS. The loan was for 4 years.My son paid off the pickup in june 2005. My son waited for the pink slip to come. Instead of a pink slip he was told he still owed money on the truck. When he tried to find out what was going on he could not get anywhere with his questions! About 2 weeks later the pickup was reposessed!! How are these crooks allowed to stay in busness?? Also the DMV is taking money out of my sons checks for back registration fees!!!! My son has contected DMV and told them he does not have the truck that WFS reposessed it and DMV has no record of it. With as many complaints on WFS why isn't something being done to shut them down???
