what a deal dvd - Click DVD Shop On Dec 22 I ordered Knots Landing Complete Series On Dec 28 the Draft cleared my bank,but they said they didnt receieve it Internet
On Dec 17 2009 I placed an order for Knots Landing Complete Series and received an order notification though my email.
On Dec 19 2009 I recieved an email from Amanda Landcaster stating "Thank you for placing your order with us Unfortunately, your order was unsuccessful due to credit card declined.
I checked with my bank and there was no problem my bank said give it a few days sence it was the Holadays and they informed me on Dec 22 the Draft cleared my account for the amount of $131.94
I then email What-A-Deal-DVD and asked them whats going on with my order #CV227203 and recieved this message from a different person on Dec 28 2009

Please provide me with the assigned Order Number for your purchase, and I will check up on the status for you at once.

Again gave the information they wanted and received this message on Dec 29 2009 from Tracy Wallace

Please kindly provide us with your full name / shipping address as you have entered for your order, and I will check up on the status for you at once
I recieved another email on Dec 30 2009 saying
Please kindly let me know the date of your credit card transaction for this order, as well as the descriptor that appears on your credit card statement for this purchase - I will check up on the status for you at once.

After sending the information to Tracy Wallace I recieved this email On Jan 03 2010 stating..
I have checked with our billing department, and they inform me that we have not been able to successfully bill your credit card - thus, your order has not been shipped.
