Complaint Review: what-a-deal dvd

We ordered all the seasons of Roseanne. Recieved the dvd's and did not get all of the episodes. What we did recieve didn't work due to the skipping and the freezing. Tried them on four different dvd players. They was suppost to be high quality and they were dubbed off of the tv some even had comercials. Contacted TV DVD TOWN where we ordered them it came up WHAT A DEAL DVD. We called them and they said they had no problem with returning them. It's been three months and still have not recieved our money back. We called them back and they cursed at us and hung up on us. Left holding the bag. Wouldn't do buisness with these people again and wish I would of known about this website.
