Jim bashes chief Cole and his officers for being nothing but a bunch of idiots and law breakers. Jim posted another comment elsewhere on the reports that he is so glad that the police caught the drug dealers and made the streets of Tupper Lake safe for the children. What an idiot. Jim the only things that will make our streets safe is when they put you where you belong. You claim to have done nothing wrong at Sunmount but just posted a report telling everyone that it is the worste place on earth. You just got fired from there because of the things you did with the residents and your camera. You have claimed to have gotten a list from DEC of the parents who's kids were there when you got caught inpersonating a reporter. DEC stated they don't give out that information. The lies that you spout out here are rediculous. You need to get a life and a job now that you have lost your free ride from the State of New York.

For someone who lives so far away from Tupper Lake April you sure seem to know alot about what is going on here. Yes it is my business why Jim isn't back to work but still getting a paycheck. He is paid with tax payers money. I am a tax payer. As far as our Police Department you are right but our kids learn from all adults not just the police department. Before you judge someone you should get the facts. Jim was caught taking pics of mentally retarded people and he knows what the policy is with wards of the State. Jim has been taking pics of minors (no crime) caught pretending to be a reporter a a DEC Youth Camp, asked not to hang around various businesses in town, and the list goes on. Ever think that there might be something wrong. I have worked with Jim at Sunmount and have seen Jim at work. He has some serious problems and needs some help before there is another victim.

My parents don't have anything to worry about. My mom has A-1 credit and get approved for house loan real quick. I will say John Kopp can't do s**t about me taking pictures of anybody as it is my right as an American in this FREE COUNTRY. You obviously don't know s**t about the law as you are very naive. It brightness my day when we can prove to the world that there needs to be more training /repremanding of police corruption. Topgun you say he is a good cop and a good leader. At what? Chief Cole seems to think we need to hire two more police officers for Tupper Lake because of crime rate increase. I think he's full of s**t. I must say that I have NOT seen an increase in crime here, but since this chief took over we have more police officers, patrol vehicles and he even approached village board about getting new offices/jail. I would say that Cole is a big spender when it comes to taxpayers money, and federal and state grants. I myself don't see a need for the police department as there is very little crime. I must say that when the police get a call they always request troopers assitance. Why, do we need the police if the troopers are always being called anyways. I know this to be true because I own a scanner and hear all the goings on in this village.

Chief Cole of Tupper Lake wants the village board to hire two more police officers due to crime in Tupper Lake rising. s**t, he must be smoking some good drugs if he see's a crime rise. We don't need any of those keystone cops because every time there is an incident they always call the troopers for assistance anyway. This is a clear fleecing of America, wasting state and federal funds on a police force thats not needed. It would be alot cheaper to hire two troopers to patrol Tupper Lake on full time basis. I guess the board shot his idea down but he will continue to request this silliness.

I was just told that an employee of Laplantes Taxi can not buy beer and bring it to a persons residence that is of age. The chief has warned them against doing this. It is not illegal for people to sell beer to each other as long as they are of age and they are not doing it as a primary business. Tupper Lake has become a part of Cuba(communist)and the residents are being held hostage.

I have been following this report and all the other reports as many other residents have. So I have a few comments I would like to make.



I do not feel Chief Cole is wrong. He is doing the best job he can for his community. He is a good man. I know him as others do. He is a good cop and a good leader.



As for Mr. Delehanty, I could write a book. I can also say first hand, Mr. Delehanty is a liar. I have seen first hand over the years what attorney and Assistant DA Jack Delehanty has done. Deceitful, unscrupulous and cunning come to mind when I think of Mr. Delehanty. He has many friends that will look the other way and tell him today they support him, but they really do not. It's a political thing. We live in a small town.



As for the creator of this web site. He should be commended for his efforts. He has made a difference not only in our small community but across the country from what I have seen. Many years ago I bought into the propaganda and rumors about Mr. Magedson. This was all out of pure jealousy. From what I understand, the rumors were started by Mr. Delehanty. The man came here and fixed up properties and provided housing

for born and raised Tupper Lake and Saranac Lake residents that our community would not house. I know this for a fact. The properties that Mr. Magedson had, they were a mess when he got them, they were all fixed up like new after he got them and their all a mess again because people like Mr. Delehanty gave

the man a hard time. Like many other outsiders, he left.



I do not agree with everything on this web site regarding Tupper and Saranac, but who knows, I could be wrong again.



Mr. Magedson, keep up the good work. Many people wish you never left the area. Obviously if you had not, you would have never started this web site. Just so you know, you are more popular now than you were when you lived here. And you were well known then.
