I ordered 4 wheels from Wheel Max. One wheel was out of round big time and a second wheel was also out of true and would not balance.

I contacted customer service and was told that there was a manufacturer's warranty only and that I would have to send my wheel back and it would take 9 to 10 weeks to get a replacement IF the wheel manufacturer agreed the wheel was defective. (This manufacturer's warranty was not shown on their website at the time - November, 2008)

When I protested that this was unacceptable and that I would file a protest with Discover Card for a refund, they refused to honor all warranties, refused my phone calls, and cancelled an order I had placed for a replacement wheel at full retail pricing. I had no choice but to take the wheels off my Infiniti M45 as it was not drivable at highway speeds.

These people are thieves and bandits; if you do business with them, you will get screwed.
