Complaint Review: wheeler power products

I went to wheeler power products in jacksonville to buy a engine and a few months later I got hurt and i had to put my project on hold so I called them to cancel my order and was tld by one of the guys that work there said no problem it will take 7-10 days I never heard from them so I emailed John who I think is a so called manager he said he was not aware that I wanted to cancel my order and said he will take care of it so far it's been oevr a month and now I get no response I went to yahoo and searched them and I am not the only one they have pulled this with it's a good sized shop with millions of dollars worth of machines so I know they have the money they choose to have very poor customer service BEWARE IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A ENGINE BUILDER SAVE YOURSELF ALOT OF TROUBLE AND KEEP LOOKING
