Save on Resorts conveniently use "licensing companies" to trade their inventory and this "licensing company" uses 3rd party presentators that make promises of "dream vacations" that are almost impossible to get- at lease when and where you want them-- and then the price isn't so cheap either.  The 3rd party presentators were less than honest mailing Norwegian cruise vouchers which they instantly took back in order for you to hear presentation.  The said their company is a "new travel company in Locust Valley, NY, that wishes to be the go to travel company for people like us instead of using the internet.  That was lie No. 1.

As soon as we got to the registration desk, it looked shady and my fiance said "if it looks like scam and smells like a scam, it is a scam and called it "shady scams R us."  We laughed and stayed for the presentation, which in the end didn't seem like a bad deal to pay 3500 for 3 bonus weeks and be able to give this to 5 family and friends.

Anyways, it is no where near what you think is presented to you.  And they don't care.  That's why they use scam 3rd party artists to BS for them.  And you can't check out the website until you're locked in.  So that's a joke.  They should give a temporary 24 hour access during the 3 day cancellation period.  If you're willing to go where they have availability, you'll find deals.  But don't count on it being a walk in the park if it's a place you like to frequent.

For example, we specificially said we go to Virginia Beach every year for 10 dys.  Gregg the supervisor in an Islandia hotel looked it up on his computer (which he held tightly on his sidej) and said Oh, they have 2 wks. 2 condo oceanfront on 4th of July.  Well once we got access, there was nothing available except for the dead of winter.  Black out dates galore extending months on end.  This is a week later, so I doubt all those months booked up just like that.  And nothing left in the sister hotel either.  What happened  to 51% availablity always available.  Bulls***.  This took place in November 2014.

The A+ rating BBB for Save on Resorts is also cleverly worked out.  They're doing their job so any complaints you file will be cleared in no time b/c they don't control all the problems that arise through their "licensing companies."  And you can only buy through one of the to get access.

Don't do it.  If you have doubt, that means No!
