WhereIsMyOrder.com Ripoff I was sent and Billed for a Phone I did not oreder and I am being billed $250.00 Internet

this is a copy of the email I received from WhereIsMyOrder and the email I sent back. This was the first time that I had even heard of such an outfit. I have received emails from them and I return them telling them not to send that I didn't order this phone. They sent it anyway. Then I received emails from IPhone saying I owed $250.00 dollars. I inturn wrot them telling them the same thing. I called and tried to wzkplain the situtation but I guess it fell on deaf ears because it continued. I then contacted Sprint since it was a spreint phone and told me to take the phone to a Sprint store but a Sprint store was 35 miles away so they sent me a mailing lable. I inturn sent it back taking pictures that this phone had never been opened or activated because I kept getting bills that I had activated this phone but I hadn't.

Finally Sprint assured me I didnot owe this bill and sent an email that they were taking care of this. Well it has been approx 4 monthis and I heard nothing thinking this was taken care of and then I get a bill from NCO Group saying to call that I owe $250.00 for this phone. I called them and tried to explain the situtation and the girl wouldnot let me. In fact I got so upset that I called her a witch at one time because she would not listion to my story. She told me that no matter what was told to me I still owe this amount and it would go against my credit. I have not reason to have a Sprint phone as I have had centennial for 9 years. Please help me to get this taken care of.

I don't know what to do next I have tried everything and I keep getting nasty letters. Please help
