Medina is also a principal of Marlin Financial Title Loans, along with Jeremy Tolan, Joshua Tolan, Richard and Bonnie Tolan, Neil Quiriconi, and Peter Pocrnich. Marlin Financial is in the throes of being investigated by the State of Florida Attorney General for Fraud, among other crimes. Geronima Medina has closed down her Whetstone Partners front, which was known as ETitleLoan.com on the internet. The Whetstone Partners boiler room at 2001 NW 107th AV, Doral, FL has long since been shuttered. Her address of fact, which was 390 NE 191st ST in Doral, FL is nothing but a Telephone Answering Service and Mail Relay company by the name of Sunshine State Messenger Service located in an industrial warehouse district, which anonymously handles calls and mail for hundreds of shell corporations. Geronima Medina was prominently featured in an investigatory artical by Malena Carollo in the Tampa Bay Times, September 15, 2018, along with several other articals in other publications in the ensuing days, due to her direct involvement with the current Marlin Financial Title Loans scandal. Geronima Graciela Medina is currently in partnership with Glenis Webb, also of Doral, FL, and the current name they operate under is EVEREST BUSINESS FUNDING. Everest Business Funding's boiler room is active, and is located at 8232 NW 52nd Ter, 2nd Floor Davenport Building, Doral, FL.
