I got a loan from Whetstone Partners on 05/06/2013. This loan also included "Service Warrantee". When I was reviewing the contract which was received via email, I noticed that the Service Agreement info was not included.  I sent an email requesting same.  What I got was a PDF copy of a brochure.  I paid no mind to it since listed the services covered??

Several months later when my car broke down.  I contacted American Guardian RE service.  they stated that I was covered, including towing and car rental.  I toke my  car to mechanic. Later he called me to tell me they will not "fix" the car becuase I didn't meet the requirements (45 days AND1,000 miles to activate).  Again. I contacted Whetstone regarding issue, that I had no knowledge of this, if so, I would of driven in circles to meet the 307 miles that I needed.

IN the end. No one helped.  They (Rafael Adjunta) emailed a agreement that was "signed" by me, but the signature line was different than that of the contract.   Also, all business was done via a tablet and then the contract info was sent. I was "rushed" to "tap" certain areas and was told that what was discussed verbally is the same on contract.

Rather then me getting sick of nerves (I"m on disability with severe Crohns disease - which I ended up in the ER due to an flare-up from the stress).  I left the car with the mechanic, sent a Revocation ACH Debit Authorization to my bank which issued a Stop Payment, and sent and email to all involved to:  KEEP  MY CAR.

At that time, I didn't and couldn't deal with the issue, but after reading and researching this company on the net.  I feel that Something SHOULD be done to them!

My name is Rafael Adjunta,

I don't appreciate the fact that since I was willing to provide this individual with the information that she requested that she defames my name by calling me out on your website. I had nothing to do with her contract nor was I the agent that orginally helped her. All I did was send her information from my company that she was entitled to and directed her to the departments that she needed to speak to in order for her to resolve the issue. Now, if for what ever reason the outcome didn't turn out to her satisfaction it is of no fault on my own. She is free to say what ever she likes about the company but publishing lies about an individual is considered libel.
