I bought matching stainless steel front-loading washer and dryer Whirlpool Duet in February 2013. I paid over $2,900 for the pair and I can not use the machines. My clothes are damaged/destroyed every time I use these appliances. I have called customer service and they sent Flaming Appliances (as Whirpool Authorized Service Contractor) to fix the issue. Their technician only serviced the dryer and problem has not been solved.
Besides the stress over this issue, I already lost over $400 in clothing as a result of the poor quality of Whirlpool washer and dryer. It is very frustating to see your clothes completely damaged after spending a lot of money on Whirlpool appliances.
