Complaint Review: WHIRLPOOL

WHIRLPOOL i BOUGHT A WHIRLPOOL WASHER AND DRYER. WHEN THE DRYER WAS 14 MONTHS OLD IT HAD TO BE REPLACED AFTER SPENDING MORE THAN $250.00 ON REPAIRS, IT WAS NOT REPAIRABLE! NOW THE WASHER IS 15 MONTHS OLD AND IT HAS TO BE REPLACED, TOO! IT, TOO IS NOT FIXABLE. Benton Harbor Michigan

 I bought a new Whirlpool washer and dryer at the end of January, 2012. After 14 months and over $250.00 in repairs, the dryer had to be replaced! Now, the washer is 15 months old, and it too, must be replaced. I wrote to Whirlpool... thinking they were a great company - but have had absolutely NO response whatsoever from them. They got my money and made a product that wasn't worth half of what I paid for them. I used to think they made dependable appliances. Never again will I buy anything made by Whirlpool.
