I have been back and forth on with one of the many involved with the HVAC Whirlpool manufactures, warranty companies, etc launch. I have had many problems with Whirlpool units I would be here all night explaining the experiences I have had, and my customers have gone through. This being the Lennox manufacturer line that no longer exists. I think it explains why I am leaving my comments on this website.

Hopefully more people will see this and something can be done to help those who were unlucky enough to get a line of equipment with so many failures its obvious a consumers have been taken. No one can except responsibility for these failures. Its been a nightmare. here is the email. Scroll to the bottom and read each email working up to the top page. First email is actually the last one I have sent between myself and the guy that contacted me after much difficulty finding the correct resource.

I have so much I could list. But instead let me say shame on you for engineering a line of equipment you sold to so many with it in mind quality was what they were getting. So far from the truth. If others have had problems with Whirlpool continuously. Lets rally together and make a complaint and get something done. Someone needs to be responsible. That is not happening and I am getting nowhere with my complaints. Thank you. BTW. I am a licensed HVAC contractor in Summerville SC.
